Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used supplements for health and safety reasons.

  3. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@lalolavitamins.com within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
